加熱爐熱平衡計(jì)算軟件的研究及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:加熱爐是一種耗能巨大的設(shè)備,其能耗約占整個(gè)鋼鐵能耗的四分之一,而鋼鐵能耗占工業(yè)總能耗的分之一以上,針對(duì)這種加熱能耗關(guān)系,在確保生產(chǎn)能夠正常進(jìn)行的前提下,調(diào)整加熱爐工況盡可能地讓加熱爐在最佳環(huán)境中運(yùn)行,最大限度地降低能耗顯得十分必要。加熱爐熱平衡測(cè)試是企業(yè)分析加熱爐能量分布以及能源利用水平的一種科學(xué)方法,是企業(yè)制定長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)能源規(guī)劃和節(jié)能措施的重要依據(jù)。但是加熱爐熱平衡測(cè)試后,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的處理和計(jì)算是一項(xiàng)十分麻煩的工作,因?yàn)橛?jì)算過程中涉及到的數(shù)據(jù)量龐大,加上許多參數(shù)需要查表獲得,很容易出錯(cuò),并且計(jì)算中通常需要將計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)和參數(shù)進(jìn)行多次調(diào)整,才能使加熱爐熱收入項(xiàng)和熱支出項(xiàng)達(dá)到平衡,所花時(shí)間較多,一般需要幾天甚至十幾天的時(shí)間,效率較低。為提高加熱爐熱平衡計(jì)算效率,本文采用VB6.0可視化編程語言聯(lián)合Access數(shù)據(jù)庫、Excel和word應(yīng)用軟件的混合編程方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套較為完善的加熱爐熱平衡計(jì)算軟件。軟件以模塊化的思想為依據(jù),對(duì)加熱爐熱平衡計(jì)算各項(xiàng)進(jìn)行分解,根據(jù)冶金工業(yè)部出版的《工業(yè)窯爐熱平衡測(cè)定與計(jì)算方法暫行規(guī)定》提供的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行計(jì)算,大大提高了加熱爐熱平衡計(jì)算效率。論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:對(duì)自查表的處理方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究,選取每張表格精度最高的處理方法,提高了軟件計(jì)算精度;專家數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)可以為企業(yè)提供加熱爐快速診斷的結(jié)果,并給出建議。
[Abstract]:Heating furnace is a kind of energy consuming equipment, its energy consumption is about 1/4 of the total energy consumption of iron and steel, and the energy consumption of iron and steel accounts for more than one percent of the total energy consumption of industry. In view of this kind of heating energy consumption relation, under the premise that the production can be carried out normally, It is necessary to adjust the working conditions of the furnace to make the furnace run in the best environment and to minimize the energy consumption. The heat balance test of reheating furnace is a scientific method to analyze the energy distribution and energy utilization level of reheating furnace. It is also an important basis for enterprises to formulate long-term energy planning and energy saving measures. But after the heat balance test of the heating furnace, it is a very troublesome task to process and calculate the data, because the amount of data involved in the calculation process is huge, and many parameters need to be obtained by looking up the table, so it is easy to make mistakes. And the calculation data and parameters usually need to be adjusted many times in order to balance the heat income item and the heat expenditure item of the heating furnace. It takes a lot of time and usually takes a few days or even ten days. The efficiency is low. In order to improve the efficiency of heat balance calculation of reheating furnace, this paper adopts the mixed programming method of VB6.0 visual programming language and Access database Excel and word application software to realize a set of relatively perfect heat balance calculation software for reheating furnace. On the basis of modularization, the software decomposes each item of heat balance calculation of reheating furnace, and calculates according to the calculation method provided by "interim regulations on measuring and calculating method of Heat balance of Industrial Kiln" published by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. The efficiency of heat balance calculation is greatly improved. The innovation of this paper lies in that the processing method of self-checking table is studied in detail, the processing method with the highest precision of each table is selected, and the calculation accuracy of software is improved, and the design of expert database can provide the quick diagnosis result of heating furnace for enterprise. Suggestions are given.
