2%鋁質(zhì)量分數(shù)超高碳鋼的球化退火工藝

【摘要】:為獲得完全球化的超高碳鋼組織,基于離異共析轉(zhuǎn)變機制對2%鋁質(zhì)量分數(shù)超高碳鋼進行球化退火工藝研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于成分的不均勻性,超高碳鋼鍛態(tài)組織由片層間距不一致的珠光體和網(wǎng)狀碳化物組成,單純使用離異共析工藝無法使其完全球化;2%鋁質(zhì)量分數(shù)超高碳鋼鍛態(tài)組織網(wǎng)狀碳化物厚度在1μm以下,Acm溫度以下正火即可獲得片層均勻細小的珠光體并消除網(wǎng)狀碳化物;提高正火溫度能顯著減少正火組織中長條和短棒狀碳化物的數(shù)量,利于獲得較好的球化組織。2%鋁質(zhì)量分數(shù)超高碳鋼經(jīng)900~925℃正火后在830℃奧氏體化并在760℃等溫4 h后獲得了由超細鐵素體+細小球狀滲碳體組成的完全球化組織。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the microstructure of ultrahigh carbon steel with globalization, the spheroidized annealing process of 2% aluminum content ultrahigh carbon steel was studied based on the eutectoid transformation mechanism. It is found that the forged microstructure of ultra high carbon steel consists of pearlite and reticular carbides with different lamellar spacing due to the inhomogeneity of composition. Using the divorced eutectoid process alone, the fine pearlite lamellae can be obtained and the mesh carbide can be eliminated by normalizing the microstructure network carbide thickness below 1 渭 m under the temperature below 1 渭 m in ultrahigh carbon steel with 2% Al mass fraction. Increasing normalizing temperature can significantly reduce the number of long and short bar carbides in normalizing tissues.
