【摘要】：使用ANSYS有限元軟件對HFW焊管高頻感應(yīng)焊接過程中的電磁場和溫度場進行了模擬,通過APDL語言程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了熱源溫度由開口態(tài)到焊合態(tài)的提取,并對變換的模型施加熱源載荷的方式求解其焊后冷卻的溫度場,獲得了焊縫處不同位置的溫度分布和冷卻規(guī)律,為焊縫附近的組織預(yù)測提供了依據(jù)。提取焊縫中心上表面節(jié)點隨時間變化的溫度曲線與試驗所測點的溫度進行對比,二者基本吻合,驗證了模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:The electromagnetic field and temperature field during HFW pipe high frequency induction welding were simulated by ANSYS finite element software. The heat source temperature was extracted from open state to welding state by APDL program. The temperature field after welding is solved by applying heat source load to the transformed model, and the temperature distribution and cooling law in different positions of weld are obtained, which provides the basis for microstructure prediction near weld. The temperature curve of the upper surface node in the center of the weld is extracted and compared with the temperature measured in the test, which is consistent with each other and verifies the correctness of the model.
