熱浸鍍鋁對(duì)201不銹鋼恒溫氧化行為的影響

【摘要】:為改善201不銹鋼的恒溫抗氧化性能,采用溶劑法對(duì)201不銹鋼進(jìn)行820℃熱浸鍍鋁,借助SEM和XRD分析201不銹鋼熱浸鍍鋁前后的鍍層形貌、厚度和其表面物的相組成。結(jié)果表明:熱浸鍍鋁201不銹鋼表面鍍鋁層光滑致密,厚約360μm,由外向內(nèi)依次為富鋁層、擴(kuò)散層和基體層;800℃下恒溫氧化40 h后,熱浸鍍鋁201不銹鋼的單位面積氧化增重量?jī)H為未熱浸鍍鋁的八分之一。熱浸鍍鋁可顯著提高201不銹鋼的抗氧化能力。
