高壓逆變電子束焊接電源研制及其焊接適用性研究

【摘要】:為了進(jìn)一步提高電子束焊機(jī)工作的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,提高電子束加工質(zhì)量,采用AC-DC-AC-DCAC-DC的拓?fù)潆娐泛碗p閉環(huán)控制策略設(shè)計制造了高壓加速電源、偏壓電源與燈絲加熱電源。將所研制高壓逆變電源與150 kV/30 kW電子槍、真空系統(tǒng)等組成了一套電子束焊接設(shè)備,分別測試了該電子束焊接設(shè)備輸出的高壓、最大束流、焊接工藝參數(shù)一致性、最大焊接深度。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所研制的逆變電源高壓輸出達(dá)到150 kV,高壓輸出線性度較好;工藝參數(shù)一致性較好;最大束流達(dá)到200 mA;鈦合金焊接深度達(dá)到100 mm。這表明所研制的高壓逆變電子束焊接電源的焊接適用性良好。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the reliability and stability of electron beam welding machine and improve the quality of electron beam processing, the high voltage accelerating power supply, bias voltage power supply and filament heating power source are designed and manufactured by using the topology circuit of AC-DC-AC-DCAC-DC and double closed loop control strategy. A set of electron beam welding equipment was made up of the developed high voltage inverter, 150 kV / 30 kW electron gun and vacuum system. The output high voltage, maximum beam current, welding process parameter consistency and maximum welding depth of the electron beam welding equipment were tested respectively. The experimental results show that the high voltage output of the inverter is 150 kV, the linearity of the high voltage output is good, the process parameters are consistent, the maximum beam current is 200 Ma, and the welding depth of titanium alloy is 100 mm. This indicates that the welding applicability of the developed high voltage inverter electron beam welding power source is good.
