焊接工藝參數(shù)對(duì)2024鋁合金攪拌摩擦焊接特性影響的研究

【摘要】:采用攪拌摩擦焊對(duì)2024鋁合金進(jìn)行焊接試驗(yàn),研究了其焊接工藝參數(shù)中添加不同環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂含量的碳化硅粉末、攪拌頭旋轉(zhuǎn)速度對(duì)焊縫成形、宏觀組織、微觀組織和力學(xué)性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)添加劑為碳化硅+20wt%環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂時(shí),能夠較好地成形,焊縫硬度較高,具有更佳的性能;同時(shí)攪拌摩擦焊攪拌頭的轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)焊件影響較大,轉(zhuǎn)速越高時(shí)焊縫表面越光滑,"洋蔥瓣"越不明顯,本試驗(yàn)中當(dāng)攪拌頭轉(zhuǎn)速在800 r/min時(shí),碳化硅粉末與母材混合較好,分布均勻。研究結(jié)果為改善鋁合金攪拌摩擦焊焊接接頭的力學(xué)性能提供了必要的理論依據(jù)和試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The welding experiments of 2024 aluminum alloy were carried out by friction stir welding. The effects of rotating speed of stirring head on weld formation and macrostructure of 2024 aluminum alloy were studied by adding silicon carbide powder with different content of epoxy resin into the welding process parameters. The effect of microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that when the additive is silicon carbide 20wt% epoxy resin, it can be formed well, the hardness of weld is higher and the performance is better, and the rotating speed of friction stir welding head has a great influence on the welding parts. The higher the rotating speed is, the more smooth the weld surface is and the less obvious the "onion flap" is. In this experiment, when the rotating speed of the stirring head is 800 r/min, the sic powder and the base metal are mixed well and the distribution is uniform. The results provide the necessary theoretical and experimental basis for improving the mechanical properties of friction stir welding joint of aluminum alloy.
