粘結層中Co與Ni元素含量對熱障涂層組織及壽命的影響

【摘要】:高溫服役過程中熱障涂層的MCrAlY粘結層形成致密的氧化鋁層,從而提高了涂層和基體的抗氧化性能。利用等離子噴涂制備的熱障涂層,其粘結層中的Co與Ni的含量和界面微觀結構是影響氧化的重要因素。通過在Ni基高溫合金基體上利用低壓等離子噴涂(LPPS)分別制備粘結層為CoNiCrAlY和NiCoCrAlY的熱障涂層進行高溫循環(huán)氧化實驗,比較研究了這兩種熱障涂層在1 050℃下的循環(huán)氧化壽命和失效特征。研究表明粘結層表面形貌對氧化物的生長具有重要影響,其中CoNiCrAlY粘結層更易在TGO層中形成尖晶石氧化物,最終無法形成連續(xù)的Al_2O_3層,導致涂層失效,而NiCoCrAlY粘結層表現(xiàn)出不同的失效方式。同時,粘結層和基體中Ni、Co等元素在氧化過程中存在強烈的互擴散,Co與Ni含量對兩種涂層BC/基體界面處宏觀空洞的生長產(chǎn)生了不同影響。
[Abstract]:During high temperature service, the MCrAlY bonding layer of the thermal barrier coating forms a dense alumina layer, which improves the oxidation resistance of the coating and the substrate. The content of Co and Ni in the bonding layer and the microstructure of interface are the important factors affecting the oxidation of the thermal barrier coating prepared by plasma spraying. The high temperature cycling oxidation experiments were carried out on Ni-based superalloy by using low pressure plasma spraying (LPPS) to prepare thermal barrier coatings with CoNiCrAlY and NiCoCrAlY, respectively.
