【摘要】：針對馬氏體不銹鋼20Cr13材料的鏈條在使用中出現(xiàn)的斷裂問題,提出了對此材料進行熱處理工藝改進的方案。通過對不同熱處理工藝參數(shù)的試驗驗證,綜合硬度和夏比沖擊試驗,確定合適的熱處理工藝。使用實踐表明,按照改進方案試驗驗證結(jié)果所設(shè)計的鏈條滿足了耐腐蝕、耐磨損、較高強度的使用要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the fracture problem of the chain of martensitic stainless steel 20Cr13 in use, the improvement of heat treatment process for this material is put forward. The suitable heat treatment process was determined through the test of different heat treatment process parameters and the synthesis of hardness and Charpy impact test. The application practice shows that the chain designed according to the test results of the improved scheme meets the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high strength.
