Al-Ti-Mg復(fù)合脫氧鋼研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:鋼鐵冶煉過(guò)程中脫氧問(wèn)題是決定鋼材質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。在對(duì)氧化物冶金可利用的脫氧產(chǎn)物的研究中,Ti、Mg對(duì)鋼的復(fù)合脫氧形成的氧化物夾雜更加分散,具有很好的脫氧效果。針對(duì)Al-Ti-Mg復(fù)合脫氧鋼,從合金的制造、夾雜物形成機(jī)理、晶粒結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能、夾雜物對(duì)鐵素體形核的影響等方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,提出了當(dāng)前Al-Ti-Mg復(fù)合脫氧技術(shù)還處于未完善階段,仍存在許多問(wèn)題亟待解決,并為未來(lái)冶金領(lǐng)域研究工作者進(jìn)一步探索與研究提供了方向。
[Abstract]:Deoxidation is the key to the quality of steel in the process of iron and steel smelting. In the study of the deoxidized products available in oxide metallurgy, the oxide inclusions formed by the composite deoxidation of steel are more dispersed and have good deoxidation effect. In this paper, the research progress of Al-Ti-Mg composite deoxidized steel from the aspects of alloy manufacture, inclusions formation mechanism, grain structure, mechanical properties and the effect of inclusions on ferrite nucleation are reviewed. It is pointed out that the present technology of Al-Ti-Mg composite deoxidation is still in the imperfect stage, and there are still many problems to be solved urgently, which provides a direction for further exploration and research of metallurgical researchers in the future.
