316L不銹鋼冷軋板表面缺陷分析和工藝改進

【摘要】:316L不銹鋼0.3~4.0 mm冷軋板的冶金生產流程為180 t EAF-AOD-LF-200 mm連鑄板坯-熱軋2.5~14.0 mm板-冷軋。通過對連鑄坯、熱軋卷以及冷軋板的化學成分、金相和掃描電鏡及能譜檢測,并對316L不銹鋼冷軋板表面出現(xiàn)的線狀缺陷進行了分析。結果表明,連鑄坯表面振痕較深,有凹坑,并且存在深度≤300μm微裂紋缺陷;熱軋板表面存在線狀缺陷,缺陷附近存在大面積的氧化區(qū)域;冷軋板缺陷處(S含量0.001%,Cr_(當量)/Ni_(當量)=1.58)未發(fā)現(xiàn)較大尺寸的夾雜物。得出冷軋板線狀缺陷源來自連鑄坯,在加熱爐中被嚴重氧化,最終形成冷軋板表面線狀缺陷。通過將鑄坯拉速從1.1 m/min降至1.0m/min,鋼水過熱度從45℃降至40℃,二冷比水量從1.0 kg/t降至0.9 kg/t,鑄坯修磨用砂輪由16~#改為20~#等工藝措施,冷軋板表面缺陷大幅減少。
[Abstract]:The metallurgical process of 316L stainless steel 0.3N 4.0 mm cold rolled sheet is 180 t EAF-AOD-LF-200 mm continuous casting slab, hot rolling 2.5 ~ 14.0 mm plate and cold rolling. The chemical composition, metallography, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrum of continuous casting billet, hot rolled coil and cold rolled sheet were examined, and the linear defects on the surface of 316L cold rolled stainless steel sheet were analyzed. The results show that the surface of continuous casting billet has deep vibration marks, pits and microcracks with depth 鈮,
