生物質(zhì)鍋爐過(guò)熱器用鋼在混合堿金屬熔鹽中的電化學(xué)腐蝕行為

【摘要】:以過(guò)熱器12Cr1MoV鋼為研究對(duì)象,在不同的混合堿金屬熔鹽中開(kāi)展電化學(xué)腐蝕試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:12Cr1MoVG鋼在600、700℃KCl+NaCl熔鹽腐蝕環(huán)境下的電化學(xué)阻抗譜表現(xiàn)出雙容抗特征;電化學(xué)反應(yīng)時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),阻抗譜的高頻端阻抗值越大;在600℃條件下的阻抗值高于700℃下的阻抗值,隨著溫度的升高,12Cr1MoVG鋼的腐蝕速率更大;在混合熔鹽中12Cr1MoVG合金整體的腐蝕速率大小順序?yàn)棣訽(KCl+NaCl)υ_(KCl+K_2SO_4)υ_(KCl+Na_2SO_4)。
