等通道轉(zhuǎn)角擠壓對鎂鋁硅合金組織性能的影響研究

【摘要】:以不同硅含量(0.5%、1.5%)的Mg-Al-Si合金為原料,在自制的120°轉(zhuǎn)角的等通道轉(zhuǎn)角模具中,以Bc路徑進行多道次等通道擠壓實驗,研究擠壓工藝對鎂合金組織及力學性能的影響。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):在料溫為400℃,模具溫度為380~400℃時,可以擠壓出宏觀無裂紋,外形完整,微觀組織趨向均勻且存在Mg2Si相的試樣;與原始鑄態(tài)尺寸50~100μm相比,隨擠壓次數(shù)增加,多次擠壓后晶粒明顯細化,并且組織更加均勻。從力學性能對比發(fā)現(xiàn),擠壓后試樣的硬度、抗拉強度和伸長率隨擠壓次數(shù)增加明顯增加;拉伸斷口呈韌窩狀,隨著擠壓道次的增加,韌窩尺寸減小,韌窩數(shù)量增多,塑性增加。
