基于晶體缺陷機(jī)理的6061鋁合金鐓粗成形工藝分析

【摘要】:基于晶體缺陷機(jī)理,并利用計算機(jī)有限元仿真軟件進(jìn)行6061鋁合金冷、熱鐓粗成形模擬對比試驗。在工具運(yùn)動速度及材料平均變形速度均保持不變的條件下,將6061鋁合金分別置于室溫20℃與加熱溫度350℃狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行自由鐓粗成形,熱變形時鍛件高徑尺寸滿足要求而冷變形時尺寸達(dá)不到規(guī)格。試驗結(jié)果分析表明了晶體缺陷機(jī)理對鋁合金塑性變形的多方面影響,并肯定了熱鐓粗工藝比冷鐓粗工藝更適用于鋁合金模鍛前制坯的方法,因為熱成形有利于減少金屬內(nèi)部的晶體缺陷運(yùn)動阻礙。
