【摘要】：針對(duì)目前發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)支架加工輔助時(shí)間長(zhǎng),生產(chǎn)效率低等問題,設(shè)計(jì)出一種自動(dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)式專用夾具。根據(jù)支架的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工藝分析,采用氣動(dòng)控制實(shí)現(xiàn)工件夾緊和工位轉(zhuǎn)換,將銑、鉆等多工序集中,能一次加工四個(gè)工件。夾具具有定位準(zhǔn)確,裝夾快捷,使用壽命長(zhǎng)和生產(chǎn)效率高等特點(diǎn)。通過實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,其可行性和穩(wěn)定性得到驗(yàn)證,對(duì)同類型產(chǎn)品的夾具設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of long auxiliary processing time and low production efficiency of engine support, an automatic turning fixture is designed. According to the structural characteristics and process analysis of the support, the pneumatic control is used to realize the clamping and conversion of the workpiece, the milling and drilling processes are centralized, and the four workpieces can be processed at one time. Fixture has the characteristics of accurate positioning, quick clamping, long service life and high production efficiency. Through practical application, its feasibility and stability are verified, and it has an important guiding role in fixture design of the same type products.
