五邊形中空電極電火花加工顆粒增強(qiáng)金屬基復(fù)合材料試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對顆粒增強(qiáng)金屬基復(fù)合材料的加工難題以及采用中空管電極電火花打孔排屑等問題,提出了采用多邊形中空管電極電火花法加工該類材料。分別采用截面為圓形和五邊形的兩種中空管電極,對比研究不同顆粒增強(qiáng)金屬基復(fù)合材料加工的效率。利用正交試驗(yàn)法研究顆粒增強(qiáng)金屬基復(fù)合材料中不同加工參數(shù)對加工效率的影響,得到了多邊形中空電極電火花加工的最佳工藝參數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,截面為五邊形的中空電極較圓形中空電極電火花加工效率高,加工時(shí)間最大縮短51.8%;正交試驗(yàn)的最佳工藝組合為脈沖寬度32ms,占空比2∶3,峰值電流7A。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of machining particle reinforced metal matrix composites and to use middle hollow tube electrode to drill holes and remove chips, a polygonal hollow tube electrode EDM method is proposed to process this kind of materials. Two kinds of hollow tube electrodes with circular section and pentagonal section were used to study the machining efficiency of different particle reinforced metal matrix composites. The effects of different machining parameters on machining efficiency in particulate reinforced metal matrix composites were studied by orthogonal test. The optimum processing parameters of polygonal hollow electrode EDM were obtained. The experimental results show that the hollow electrode with pentagonal cross section is more efficient than circular hollow electrode in EDM, and the processing time is shortened by 51.8.The optimum process combination of orthogonal experiment is pulse width 32ms, duty cycle 2: 3, peak current 7A.
