【摘要】:采用EPMA、EDS對CSP工藝生產(chǎn)440 MPa冷軋含磷IF高強(qiáng)鋼帶表面氧化色進(jìn)行了研究,分析氧化色形成原理,討論了罩式爐退火氣氛、合金元素對氧化色形成的影響。結(jié)果表明,降低鋼中Mn、Ti并含量添加微量的Nb、Si,退火初期采用120 m~3/h氮氣吹掃,并在550~180℃進(jìn)行冷卻時增加氫氣吹掃,冷軋板形采用微邊浪模式均可抑制氧化色的產(chǎn)生,同時降低生產(chǎn)成本3.7%。
[Abstract]:The oxidation color of 440 MPA cold rolled if high strength steel strip produced by CSP process was studied by EPMA-EDS. The formation principle of oxidation color was analyzed. The effect of annealing atmosphere and alloying elements on the formation of oxidation color was discussed. The results show that the reduction of Mn-Ti in steel and the addition of small amount of NB _ 2O _ Si are used in the initial stage of annealing with 120 m ~ (3 / h) N _ 2 blowing, and the increase of hydrogen blowing at 550 ~ 180 鈩,
