模芯角度對(duì)鎂合金管材靜液擠壓的影響(英文)

【摘要】:通過DEFORM-3D軟件模擬了不同的擠壓速度與初始坯料溫度條件下,模芯的角度(90°,120°,150°)對(duì)管材靜液擠壓成形過程的影響。模擬結(jié)果顯示,靜液擠壓過程中大角度模芯的壓力峰值明顯高于小角度模芯的壓力峰值,同時(shí)隨著模芯角度的增大管材的速度場(chǎng)分布不均性增加。
[Abstract]:The influence of die core angle (90 擄~ 120 擄~ 150 擄) on hydrostatic extrusion process of pipe was simulated by DEFORM-3D software under different extrusion speed and initial blank temperature. The simulation results show that the peak pressure of large angle die core is obviously higher than that of small angle die core during hydrostatic extrusion, and the uneven distribution of velocity field increases with the increase of die core angle.
