應(yīng)變比對汽車前罩內(nèi)板成形性能影響的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:采用有限元軟件Auto Form對汽車前罩內(nèi)板的拉延成形過程進行了數(shù)值模擬,分析了塑性應(yīng)變比對其成形性能的影響,得出了成形過程中的破裂危險區(qū)域。結(jié)果表明,塑性應(yīng)變比對前罩內(nèi)板的減薄率影響不大,但隨著塑性應(yīng)變比的增大,板材平面內(nèi)的塑性應(yīng)變增大,導(dǎo)致其成形性能明顯改善。
[Abstract]:The finite element software Auto form is used to simulate the drawing process of the inner plate of the front cover of the automobile. The influence of the plastic strain ratio on the forming performance is analyzed, and the dangerous area of fracture during the forming process is obtained. The results show that the plastic strain ratio has little effect on the thinning rate of the inner plate, but with the increase of the plastic strain ratio, the plastic strain increases in the plane of the plate, which leads to the obvious improvement of the formability of the plate.
