控制桿鑄造工藝優(yōu)化及組織性能分析

【摘要】:根據控制桿的結構,對控制桿鑄鋼件的鑄造工藝方案進行設計,再運用View Cast模擬軟件對控制桿的鑄造工藝進行數值模擬。模擬結果表明,在熱節(jié)部位容易出現縮孔、縮松。設計冷鐵數量及尺寸,在熱節(jié)部位放置冷鐵,同時重新設計冒口尺寸及數量,并且改為保溫冒口。工藝優(yōu)化后模擬結果顯示,鑄件大塊的縮孔、縮松得到有效地消除,不僅能滿足鑄造需求,同時還提高了工藝出品率。對鑄件進行900~920℃正火+580~600℃回火處理,測得其抗拉強度為815 MPa,硬度(HBW)為285,滿足生產需要。
[Abstract]:According to the structure of the control rod, the casting process scheme of the steel casting part of the control rod is designed, and the numerical simulation of the casting process of the control rod is carried out by using View cast simulation software. The simulation results show that shrinkage and porosity are easy to occur in hot joints. Design the quantity and size of the cold iron, place the cold iron in the hot joint, redesign the riser size and quantity, and change to the insulation riser. The simulation results show that the shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity of the castings are eliminated effectively, which can not only meet the needs of casting, but also improve the production rate of the casting process.
