【摘要】：淬火-配分(Quenching and partitioning,QP)鋼是一種新型高強(qiáng)塑積鋼,在汽車領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用前景廣闊。本文闡述了QP鋼成分、組織、工藝及性能的研究現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上對QP鋼工藝一體化應(yīng)用、涂層板研發(fā)、理論模型建立等方面,特別是在熱沖壓配分工藝上的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了探討和展望,提出薄板熱成形配分工藝局限性及涂層板焊接思路。
[Abstract]:Quenching and partitioning (QP) steel is a new type of high strength plasticized steel, which has wide application prospect in automobile field. In this paper, the research status of composition, structure, process and properties of QP steel is described. On the basis of this, the integrated application of QP steel process, the research and development of coating plate, the establishment of theoretical model, etc. Especially, the development trend of hot stamping partition process is discussed and prospected, and the limitation of hot forming partition process and welding thought of coating plate are put forward.
