【摘要】:數(shù)控系統(tǒng)被稱為機床的“靈魂”和“大腦”,它的可靠性直接關(guān)系著高檔數(shù)控機床的發(fā)展?煽啃詼y試會產(chǎn)生大量的運行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)的有效性和完備性是獲得真實的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)可靠性信息的基礎(chǔ)。因此,論文從數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)目煽啃、?shù)據(jù)處理的規(guī)范化和高效存儲方面入手,研究數(shù)控系統(tǒng)可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的處理技術(shù),為數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的可靠性研究提供技術(shù)支持。首先,分析可靠性研究需求,確定了傳輸和存儲的可靠性數(shù)據(jù),由于不同終端之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和數(shù)據(jù)操作需求不同,針對不同的數(shù)據(jù)制定了合適的傳輸計劃:采集端和服務(wù)器端結(jié)合多線程、多緩沖技術(shù)傳輸數(shù)據(jù),服務(wù)器端和用戶端采用Ajax和WebSocket通信,服務(wù)器端和第三方測試中心也采用多線程和多緩沖技術(shù)并且設(shè)計了斷點續(xù)傳和數(shù)據(jù)壓縮算法傳輸數(shù)據(jù)。其次,根據(jù)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)和動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的變化特點,設(shè)計缺省值和冗余數(shù)據(jù)的處理方法:采用牛頓插值法和線性外插法解決缺省值問題,設(shè)計算法解決冗余問題。根據(jù)不同種類可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的特點和變化規(guī)律,設(shè)計了合適的壓縮算法:改進LZW算法實現(xiàn)靜態(tài)文本數(shù)據(jù)的壓縮,改進旋轉(zhuǎn)門算法壓縮過程數(shù)據(jù),對網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸數(shù)據(jù)采用二級壓縮方式進行壓縮。最后,分析可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的高效存儲需求,建立可靠性數(shù)據(jù)模型,采用內(nèi)存數(shù)據(jù)庫和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)合的存儲策略實現(xiàn)可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的高效存儲和訪問,并且優(yōu)化存儲過程加快數(shù)據(jù)存取速度。實驗表明,論文研究的可靠性數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù)能夠為數(shù)控系統(tǒng)第三方測試提供可靠的、完備的、規(guī)范化的數(shù)據(jù),并且實現(xiàn)了可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的有效傳輸和高效存儲,減少傳輸帶寬和存儲空間。
[Abstract]:Numerical control system is called "soul" and "brain" of machine tool, its reliability is directly related to the development of high grade numerical control machine tool. Reliability testing will produce a large number of running state data. The validity and completeness of the data is the basis of obtaining the real reliability information of NC system. Therefore, this paper starts with the reliability of data transmission, standardization and efficient storage of data processing, studies the processing technology of reliability data of CNC system, and provides technical support for the research of reliability of CNC system. First of all, the requirements of reliability research are analyzed, and the reliability data of transmission and storage are determined. Because of the difference of data transmission and data operation requirements between different terminals, According to the different data, the appropriate transmission plan is made: the collection end and the server end combine multi-thread, the multi-buffer technology transfers the data, the server and the user end adopt the Ajax and the Web socket to communicate, Multithreading and multi-buffering techniques are also used in the server and third party test centers, and breakpoint continuation and data compression algorithms are designed to transmit data. Secondly, according to the change characteristics of static and dynamic data in NC system, the methods of dealing with default and redundant data are designed: Newton interpolation method and linear extrapolation method are used to solve the default value problem, and the algorithm is designed to solve the redundancy problem. According to the characteristics and variation rules of different kinds of reliability data, a suitable compression algorithm is designed: improved LZW algorithm to compress static text data, improved rotary gate algorithm to compress process data, The data of network transmission is compressed by two-stage compression method. Finally, the requirement of high efficiency storage of reliability data is analyzed, the reliability data model is established, and the storage strategy combining memory database and relational database is adopted to realize the efficient storage and access of reliability data. And optimize the stored procedure to speed up the data access. The experimental results show that the reliability data processing technology studied in this paper can provide reliable, complete and standardized data for the third party testing of NC system, and realize the effective transmission and efficient storage of the reliability data. Reduce transmission bandwidth and storage space.
