【摘要】:目的提高排氣門材料21-4N合金的抗高溫氧化腐蝕性能和抗開裂剝落性能,提高排氣門的服役性能,延長使用壽命。方法利用兩步循環(huán)噴霧熱解技術(shù)在21-4N合金表面制備(Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3)/YSZ層狀陶瓷復(fù)合涂層,通過掃描電鏡和能譜對涂層形貌和成分進(jìn)行分析,通過循環(huán)氧化腐蝕實驗評價涂層的抗高溫氧化腐蝕性能和抗開裂剝落性能,通過劃痕測試來評價涂層的結(jié)合強度。結(jié)果該層狀復(fù)合涂層厚度均一、結(jié)構(gòu)致密清晰,在900℃高溫循環(huán)氧化100 h的實驗中,該涂層樣品的質(zhì)量增加量和剝落量分別為0.3025和0.06 mg/cm~2,遠(yuǎn)低于無涂層21-4N合金的質(zhì)量增加量和剝落量,具有優(yōu)異的耐高溫氧化腐蝕性能。該復(fù)合涂層的膜基結(jié)合力達(dá)到40 N,遠(yuǎn)高于21-4N合金表面氧化膜的結(jié)合力,能夠滿足排氣門實際應(yīng)用工況要求。結(jié)論采用兩步循環(huán)噴霧熱解技術(shù)在21-4N合金表面制備的(Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3)/YSZ層狀復(fù)合涂層,能夠有效提高排氣門材料的抗高溫氧化腐蝕性能,并具有優(yōu)異的結(jié)合力。
[Abstract]:Aim to improve the high temperature oxidation corrosion resistance and cracking peeling resistance of exhaust valve material 21-4N alloy, improve the service performance of exhaust valve and prolong its service life. Methods A two-step cyclic spray pyrolysis technique was used to prepare the composite coatings on the surface of 21-4N alloy (Al _ s _ 2O _ 3-Y _ 2O _ 3) / YSZ laminated ceramics. The morphology and composition of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The high temperature oxidation corrosion resistance and cracking and spalling resistance of the coatings were evaluated by cyclic oxidation corrosion test. The bonding strength of the coatings was evaluated by scratch test. Results the layer composite coating was homogeneous in thickness and compact in structure, and was oxidized at 900 鈩,
