基于正交試驗(yàn)的閉式擠壓工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以農(nóng)用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部件"流轉(zhuǎn)插頭"為例,利用DEFORM-3D軟件對擠壓成形過程進(jìn)行分析,揭示了該類316L不銹鋼鍛件的熱鍛造成形載荷和熱磨損的變化規(guī)律。基于正交試驗(yàn)法全面分析了坯料初始溫度、模具初始溫度、打擊速度、模具硬度對成形載荷和模具磨損深度的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:4組因素中,打擊速度對成形載荷的影響最大,模具硬度對模具磨損深度的影響最大;綜合考慮4個(gè)因素的模擬結(jié)果確定了最優(yōu)方案,即坯料初始溫度為1150℃、模具初始溫度為250℃、打擊速度為0.3 m·s~(-1)、模具硬度為62HRC。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn),按照最優(yōu)方案中的初始溫度和打擊速度能夠生產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量合格的鍛件。
[Abstract]:Taking the "flow plug" as an example, the extrusion forming process was analyzed by DEFORM-3D software, and the variation of forming load and wear of the 316L stainless steel forgings was revealed. Based on the orthogonal test, the effects of the initial temperature of the blank, the initial temperature of the die, the impact speed and the hardness of the die on the forming load and the wear depth of the die are analyzed. The results show that the impact velocity has the greatest influence on the forming load and the hardness of the die has the greatest influence on the wear depth of the die among the four groups of factors, the optimum scheme is determined by synthetically considering the simulation results of four factors, that is, the initial temperature of the blank is 1150 鈩,
