201不銹鋼形變誘發(fā)馬氏體相變特性

【摘要】:201不銹鋼塑性變形過程中會發(fā)生馬氏體相變,相變改變了材料力學性能,使201不銹鋼拉深成形后易產(chǎn)生時效開裂現(xiàn)象。為探明201不銹鋼因馬氏體相變導致的時效開裂原因,通過單向拉伸試驗,研究了201不銹鋼馬氏體相變特性、溫度和應變速率對馬氏體相變的影響規(guī)律。結果表明:馬氏體相變量隨拉伸變形量的增加而增加;增加變形溫度與應變速率,均會抑制馬氏體相變;當溫度達到100℃時,不再有相變發(fā)生;在同一溫度下,隨應變速率的增大,屈服強度和屈強比均增大,伸長率減小;但因馬氏體相變,201不銹鋼在50℃以下和100℃以上的抗拉強度表現(xiàn)出相反的變化規(guī)律;在不同溫度下,201不銹鋼在應變速率為0.001 s-1時的塑性變形能力最好。
[Abstract]:Martensite transformation occurs during plastic deformation of stainless steel 201, which changes the mechanical properties of the material and makes the aging cracking of 201 stainless steel easy to occur after drawing. In order to find out the reason of aging cracking of 201 stainless steel caused by martensite transformation, the effect of temperature and strain rate on martensitic transformation of 201 stainless steel was studied by uniaxial tensile test. The results show that the martensite phase change increases with the increase of tensile deformation amount, the martensite transformation is inhibited by increasing the deformation temperature and strain rate, and no transformation occurs at 100 鈩,
