不同狀態(tài)的Mg-6Gd-2Y合金的顯微組織特征

【摘要】:綜合運(yùn)用OM、XRD、FEGSEM和HRTEM手段深入分析了Mg-6%Gd-2%Y(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))(記為GW62)合金鑄態(tài)、固溶態(tài)和時(shí)效態(tài)的顯微組織特征及演變過程。GW62合金鑄態(tài)組織主要由α(Mg)和呈不連續(xù)網(wǎng)狀的Mg_5(Gd,Y)相組成,在緊鄰Mg_5(Gd,Y)處有少量非平衡凝固相Mg_2(Gd,Y);對(duì)合金進(jìn)行520℃固溶處理,隨著固溶時(shí)間延長,半連續(xù)狀Mg_5(Gd,Y)相尺寸逐漸縮小,直至溶解,并在晶界形成大量細(xì)小fcc結(jié)構(gòu)的富稀土相Mg(Gd,Y)_2,明顯阻止了α(Mg)晶粒的長大;合金在175~225℃時(shí)效處理時(shí),175℃時(shí)效硬化效果最明顯,時(shí)效析出過程包括:時(shí)效初期(4~32 h),過飽和α(Mg)析出β″相;快速析出期(32~100 h),α(Mg)析出β′相,100 h達(dá)到峰值時(shí)效,析出相為β″、β′相;過時(shí)效期區(qū)(100 h),β′相尺寸逐漸增大,并轉(zhuǎn)化成β_1和向穩(wěn)定的β相轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and evolution process of Mg-6Gd-2Y (mass fraction) (GW62) alloy in as-cast, solid solution and aging states were analyzed by OMXRDE-FEGSEM and HRTEM. The as-cast microstructure of GW62 alloy was mainly composed of 偽 (mg) and discontinuous MgSn5 (GdCY) phases.
