錐臺復合截面環(huán)件精密軋制毛坯的優(yōu)化設計方法

【摘要】:針對廣泛用于油氣管道閥門、航空發(fā)動機機匣及結合環(huán)中的錐臺復合截面環(huán)件較難同時獲得所需的直徑尺寸和臺階形狀的問題,提出"等壁厚型"和"變壁厚型"兩種環(huán)坯設計方法。借助ABAQUS模擬平臺,建立兩種軋制環(huán)坯設計下的錐臺復合截面環(huán)件軋制過程的有限元仿真模型,分析兩種環(huán)坯軋制過程中的臺階充型規(guī)律及最終的成形環(huán)件尺寸誤差。結果表明,"變壁厚型"環(huán)坯比"等壁厚型"環(huán)坯軋制成形后尺寸精度高。為獲得最優(yōu)的尺寸精度,在"變壁厚型"環(huán)坯設計基礎上,添加尺寸修正系數(shù)η。通過對比不同修正系數(shù)η下的環(huán)坯軋制成形尺寸精度,得出尺寸修正系數(shù)η在1η1.1范圍內(nèi)的"變壁厚型"環(huán)坯為最優(yōu)環(huán)件軋制毛坯;谀M結果,在WD51Y-250多功能軋環(huán)機上進行錐臺復合截面環(huán)件軋制實驗,驗證有限元模擬的可靠性和環(huán)坯設計方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that it is difficult to obtain the required diameter size and step shape simultaneously for the composite cross section ring of conical platform in widely used oil and gas pipeline valves, aeroengine casing and coupling ring, Two kinds of ring blank design methods, equal wall thickness type and variable wall thickness type, are put forward. Based on Abaqus simulation platform, the finite element simulation model for the rolling process of two kinds of rolling ring billet with composite cross section is established, and the step filling law and the final size error of the forming ring are analyzed in the rolling process of the two kinds of ring billet. The results show that the size accuracy of "variable wall thickness" ring blank is higher than that of "equal wall thickness" ring blank after rolling. In order to obtain the optimal dimensional accuracy, the dimension correction coefficient 畏 is added on the basis of the design of "variable wall thickness" ring blank. By comparing the dimensional accuracy of ring billet rolling with different correction coefficients 畏, it is concluded that the "variable wall thickness" ring blank with dimension correction coefficient 畏 in the range of 1 畏 1.1 is the optimal ring rolling blank. Based on the simulation results, the rolling experiment of the composite section ring on the WD51Y-250 multifunctional ring mill is carried out, which verifies the reliability of the finite element simulation and the feasibility of the ring blank design scheme.
