退火工藝對(duì)中碳鋼熱軋板組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:利用SEM、EBSD等分析技術(shù)研究了不同退火保溫時(shí)間對(duì)碳化物球化、鐵素體回復(fù)與再結(jié)晶以及實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼熱軋后空冷到650℃進(jìn)行不同保溫時(shí)間的退火,當(dāng)保溫時(shí)間達(dá)到30 min時(shí),大多數(shù)鐵素體發(fā)生了再結(jié)晶,且鐵素體晶粒尺寸最為細(xì)小,約為7μm。熱軋實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的試樣屈服強(qiáng)度與抗拉強(qiáng)度均較高,分別為570 MPa和725 MPa,而伸長(zhǎng)率為13%。當(dāng)熱軋?jiān)嚇永鋮s到650℃進(jìn)行30min的退火,其抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度顯著降低,分別下降至460 MPa和635 MPa,而伸長(zhǎng)率顯著增加,達(dá)到21%。
