中溫時(shí)效對(duì)022Cr21Ni2Mn5N鋼析出行為及沖擊韌性的影響

【摘要】:采用Thermo-Calc軟件對(duì)022Cr21Ni2Mn5N雙相不銹鋼的近平衡態(tài)析出相進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析。采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、透射電鏡、物理化學(xué)相分析方法對(duì)經(jīng)中溫時(shí)效處理后試驗(yàn)鋼第二相的析出溫度、種類、數(shù)量和位置進(jìn)行了觀察和研究,并分析了第二相析出行為對(duì)鋼的沖擊韌性的影響機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:022Cr21Ni2Mn5N雙相不銹鋼在600~700℃中溫時(shí)效時(shí)的析出相主要為六方結(jié)構(gòu)的Cr_2N相和面心立方結(jié)構(gòu)的M_(23)C_6相,未見σ相析出。中溫時(shí)效時(shí),受制于該鋼較低的C含量,M_(23)C_6相析出位置僅局限于相界、晶界處。該鋼較高的N含量促進(jìn)鋼中Cr_2N相析出,并在相界、晶界和鐵素體晶內(nèi)均有發(fā)現(xiàn)。時(shí)效初期M_(23)C_6和Cr_2N均具有較高的析出速度,時(shí)效時(shí)間繼續(xù)延長(zhǎng)析出量增長(zhǎng)放緩。時(shí)效處理時(shí)間和溫度直接影響鋼的沖擊性能:時(shí)效初期第二相的快速析出導(dǎo)致鋼的沖擊功急劇下降;時(shí)效足夠長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,第二相析出量達(dá)到飽和,鋼的沖擊功趨于穩(wěn)定值;并且600℃長(zhǎng)時(shí)時(shí)效時(shí),鋼的沖擊功值達(dá)到最小。
[Abstract]:The near equilibrium precipitation phase of 022Cr21Ni2Mn5N duplex stainless steel was calculated and analyzed by Thermo-Calc software. By means of optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and physicochemical phase analysis, the precipitation temperature, species, quantity and location of the second phase of the test steel after aging treatment at medium temperature were observed and studied. The influence mechanism of the second phase precipitation behavior on the impact toughness of steel was analyzed. The results show that the precipitated phases are mainly hexagonal Cr2N phase and M23 C6 phase of face-centered cubic structure at 600 鈩,
