中溫時效對022Cr21Ni2Mn5N鋼析出行為及沖擊韌性的影響

【摘要】:采用Thermo-Calc軟件對022Cr21Ni2Mn5N雙相不銹鋼的近平衡態(tài)析出相進行了計算分析。采用光學顯微鏡、透射電鏡、物理化學相分析方法對經(jīng)中溫時效處理后試驗鋼第二相的析出溫度、種類、數(shù)量和位置進行了觀察和研究,并分析了第二相析出行為對鋼的沖擊韌性的影響機理。結果表明:022Cr21Ni2Mn5N雙相不銹鋼在600~700℃中溫時效時的析出相主要為六方結構的Cr_2N相和面心立方結構的M_(23)C_6相,未見σ相析出。中溫時效時,受制于該鋼較低的C含量,M_(23)C_6相析出位置僅局限于相界、晶界處。該鋼較高的N含量促進鋼中Cr_2N相析出,并在相界、晶界和鐵素體晶內均有發(fā)現(xiàn)。時效初期M_(23)C_6和Cr_2N均具有較高的析出速度,時效時間繼續(xù)延長析出量增長放緩。時效處理時間和溫度直接影響鋼的沖擊性能:時效初期第二相的快速析出導致鋼的沖擊功急劇下降;時效足夠長時間,第二相析出量達到飽和,鋼的沖擊功趨于穩(wěn)定值;并且600℃長時時效時,鋼的沖擊功值達到最小。
[Abstract]:The near equilibrium precipitation phase of 022Cr21Ni2Mn5N duplex stainless steel was calculated and analyzed by Thermo-Calc software. By means of optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and physicochemical phase analysis, the precipitation temperature, species, quantity and location of the second phase of the test steel after aging treatment at medium temperature were observed and studied. The influence mechanism of the second phase precipitation behavior on the impact toughness of steel was analyzed. The results show that the precipitated phases are mainly hexagonal Cr2N phase and M23 C6 phase of face-centered cubic structure at 600 鈩,
