等前角剮齒刀設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:針對目前剮齒加工生產(chǎn)中加工工件表面質(zhì)量差,左右齒面加工精度不一致的問題,提出了一種等前角剮齒刀的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法。根據(jù)待加工工件齒面的幾何特征和剮齒加工的運(yùn)動關(guān)系,基于曲面共軛原理,求取工件齒面共軛面;選擇球面作為初始前刀面,以無理論刃形誤差為目標(biāo),采用齒面共軛面與初始前刀面的交線作為切削刃;根據(jù)切削前角一致性原則對初始前刀面進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì),沿切削刃構(gòu)造前刀面;通過模擬刃磨,求取一系列無理論刃形誤差的切削刃,依次構(gòu)造后刀面,最終獲得完整的具有相等切削前角的剮齒刀具;通過計(jì)算實(shí)例驗(yàn)證該設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of poor surface quality and inconsistent machining precision of the left and right tooth surface, a design and calculation method of the equal front angle cutter is put forward. According to the geometric characteristics of tooth surface of workpiece to be machined and the motion relation of tooth cutting, based on the principle of surface conjugation, the conjugate surface of tooth surface of workpiece is obtained, and the spherical surface is chosen as the initial tool face, and the target is no theoretical edge error. The intersection line between the conjugate surface of the tooth surface and the initial front face is used as the cutting edge. According to the principle of the consistency of the cutting front angle, the initial front cutter face is redesigned, and the front cutter face is constructed along the cutting edge. A series of cutting edges with no theoretical edge error are obtained, and the rear cutting face is constructed in turn. Finally, a complete cutting tool with equal cutting front angle is obtained, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method are verified by a calculation example.
