低壓鑄造鋁車輪模具下模熱變形補(bǔ)償技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在汽車鋁合金輪轂鑄造過(guò)程中,熱態(tài)下模具會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱變形。下模熱變形后會(huì)導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品造型變化、正面輪輞深度超差等問(wèn)題。結(jié)合實(shí)際分析了下模的變形規(guī)律,并采用ANSYS軟件對(duì)熱態(tài)下的下模進(jìn)行有限元模擬分析研究。結(jié)果表明下模在受熱后有向外膨脹變形的趨勢(shì),下模中間支撐產(chǎn)生了壓縮變形,向上凸起。通過(guò)采用疏導(dǎo)熱變形的補(bǔ)償方式,大大降低了模具的變形量,在提高模具壽命的同時(shí)也提高了綜合效益。
[Abstract]:During the casting process of automobile aluminum alloy wheel hub, the die will have hot deformation in the hot state. After the hot deformation of the lower die, the change of the product shape and the depth of the front rim will be caused. The deformation law of the lower die is analyzed by the actual analysis, and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the lower die under the hot state with the ANSYS software. The results show that the lower die is subjected to heat. With the trend of outward expansion and deformation, the middle support of the lower die produces the compression deformation and uplift. By adopting the compensation method of guiding thermal deformation, the deformation of the die is greatly reduced and the comprehensive benefit is raised while the die life is raised.
