加熱工藝對(duì)冷軋6061合金半固態(tài)顯微組織的影響

【摘要】:基于SIMA法,采用冷軋+半固態(tài)熱處理工藝制備出6061鋁合金半固態(tài)坯料。研究了半固態(tài)加熱溫度和保溫時(shí)間對(duì)6061鋁合金半固態(tài)坯料顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨半固態(tài)加熱溫度的升高,α-Al固相顆粒的球形率增大,液相率升高;保溫時(shí)間在0~15 min內(nèi),隨保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),α-Al固相顆粒越圓整、分布越均勻,液相率越高;當(dāng)保溫時(shí)間超過(guò)15 min后,α-Al固相顆粒尺寸逐漸增大,顆粒有簇聚的趨勢(shì),而液相率變化不明顯;優(yōu)化的加熱工藝參數(shù)為630℃保溫15 min,可獲得6061鋁合金半固態(tài)坯料理想的顯微組織。
[Abstract]:Based on Sima method, 6061 aluminum alloy semi-solid billets were prepared by cold rolling and semi-solid heat treatment. The effect of semi-solid heating temperature and holding time on microstructure of 6061 aluminum alloy semi-solid billet was studied. The results show that with the increase of semi-solid heating temperature, the spherical rate of 偽 -Al solid particles increases, and the liquid phase ratio increases, and when the holding time is 0 ~ 15 min, the more round 偽 -Al solid particles are, the more uniform the distribution of 偽 -Al solid particles is, and the higher the liquid phase ratio is. When the holding time is more than 15 min, the size of 偽 -Al solid phase particle increases gradually, the grain has the tendency of cluster aggregation, but the liquid phase rate does not change obviously, and the optimum heating process parameter is 630 鈩,
