Mg和Si含量對一種低頻電磁鑄造新型高強Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金組織性能的影響

【摘要】:結(jié)合金相組織觀察及能譜分析、DSC熱差分析、JMat Pro 5.0軟件計算和室溫力學(xué)性能測試,研究低頻電磁鑄造新型高強Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金鑄態(tài)、擠壓態(tài)和T6態(tài)的組織性能。結(jié)果表明,該新型合金系的均勻化溫度和固溶溫度可分別確定為540℃和550℃。Mg_2Si強化相能顯著細(xì)化合金鑄態(tài)組織且細(xì)化程度隨其含量增大遞增,而過量Si或過量Mg均能減弱細(xì)化劑和Mg_2Si相對合金鑄態(tài)組織的細(xì)化作用。Mg的過量添加不會降低合金強度但可提高其延伸率至19%以上。該新型Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金中,當(dāng)Mg質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.60%、Si質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.15%時,可獲得較高強度(抗拉強度419 MPa、屈服強度362 MPa)而又不損害其塑性(延伸率18.75%)。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and properties of a new type of high strength Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy in low frequency electromagnetic casting were studied by means of the calculation of JMat Pro 5.0 and mechanical properties at room temperature.
