【摘要】:借助Getdata Graph Digitizer圖像數(shù)字化軟件,從三元相圖液相面投影圖提取原始數(shù)據(jù);借助MATLAB編程軟件,調(diào)用回歸函數(shù)(regress)輸出液相面曲面方程的回歸系數(shù);調(diào)用MATLAB三維繪圖函數(shù)(plot3,mesh,surf),編寫程序繪制Pb-Sn-Sb三維立體相圖。結(jié)果表明:通過Getdata Graph Digitizer軟件,可以準(zhǔn)確提取三元相圖液相面投影圖的等溫線數(shù)據(jù),提高了人工手動讀取數(shù)據(jù)的效率;通過擬合曲面方程法,可以得到各個液相面曲面方程的回歸系數(shù)和曲面方程,擬合效果很好;MATLAB繪制的三維立體相圖,通過分析原始溫度和擬合溫度,最大誤差為5.8839℃,最小誤差為0.0297℃,相對最大誤差為2.23%,相對最小誤差為0.01%,說明利用MATLAB繪制Pb-Sn-Sb三維立體相圖的方法是準(zhǔn)確可行的。利用已知三元相圖液相面的曲面方程,可以獲得等溫線之間任意組分的液相面理論溫度,進而為火法工藝提供一定的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the aid of Getdata Graph Digitizer image digitization software, the original data are extracted from the three dimensional phase diagram liquid surface projection, and the regression function (regress) is used to output the regression coefficient of the liquid surface equation. The 3D drawing function of MATLAB (plot3 / meshsurf) was used to write a program to draw the three-dimensional phase diagram of Pb-Sn-Sb. The results show that through Getdata Graph Digitizer software, the isotherm data of liquid surface projection map of ternary phase diagram can be extracted accurately, and the efficiency of manual reading data can be improved. The regression coefficient and surface equation of liquid surface can be obtained. The fitting effect is very good.
