【摘要】:為了研究雙相不銹鋼熱加工過程中稀土對有害析出相的影響,采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線能譜儀(EDS)、金相顯微鏡、X射線衍射(XRD)及沖擊性能等測試方法研究了混合稀土La、Ce元素對2205雙相不銹鋼組織和沖擊性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,稀土元素細(xì)化了22Cr型雙相不銹鋼的顯微組織,并且富集在相界及其周圍,減小了鐵素體/奧氏體界面處Cr、Mo元素的富集程度,延緩了σ相的析出;混合稀土通過細(xì)化晶粒、變質(zhì)夾雜物和延緩σ相的析出提高了22Cr型雙相不銹鋼的沖擊韌性,20℃時提高約40%,促使其斷裂機(jī)制從解理斷裂向韌窩斷裂轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of rare earth on the harmful precipitated phase during hot working of duplex stainless steel, The effect of rare-earth La-ce on the microstructure and impact properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray energy spectrometer (EDS), metallographic microscope X-ray diffraction (XRD) and impact properties. The results show that the rare earth element refines the microstructure of 22Cr duplex stainless steel and is enriched in and around the phase boundary, which reduces the enrichment degree of Cr-Mo at the ferrite / austenite interface and delays the precipitation of 蟽 phase. The impact toughness of 22Cr duplex stainless steel increased by about 40% at 20 鈩,
