【摘要】:采用力學性能測試并借助光學顯微鏡研究了正火溫度對20 mm厚的控軋控冷(TMCP)態(tài)EH40級船板鋼組織與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,EH40級船板鋼較優(yōu)的正火溫度為850℃;在850~880℃,鋼發(fā)生動態(tài)回復,硬度和沖擊韌性隨溫度升高而下降。
[Abstract]:The effect of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and properties of 20mm thick controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) grade EH40 steel plate was studied by means of mechanical properties test and optical microscope.
