【摘要】:采用力學(xué)性能測(cè)試并借助光學(xué)顯微鏡研究了正火溫度對(duì)20 mm厚的控軋控冷(TMCP)態(tài)EH40級(jí)船板鋼組織與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,EH40級(jí)船板鋼較優(yōu)的正火溫度為850℃;在850~880℃,鋼發(fā)生動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù),硬度和沖擊韌性隨溫度升高而下降。
[Abstract]:The effect of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and properties of 20mm thick controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) grade EH40 steel plate was studied by means of mechanical properties test and optical microscope.
