【摘要】:綜合采用熔融玻璃凈化、銅模噴鑄及單輥旋淬技術(shù),對(duì)比研究不同過冷度、不同冷速作用下Cu-Co不混溶合金的快速凝固行為。通過對(duì)凝固發(fā)生時(shí)的熱流方式、形核及生長過程的分析,闡述合金非平衡組織由枝晶到分相結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變及其相應(yīng)尺寸的變化規(guī)律。隨過冷度增加,不混溶效應(yīng)的增強(qiáng)導(dǎo)致柱狀枝晶向分相結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變。由于銅模噴鑄時(shí)發(fā)生多點(diǎn)形核,凝固組織呈現(xiàn)為等軸枝晶并隨冷速增加而不斷細(xì)化。當(dāng)噴鑄試棒直徑為4 mm時(shí),不混溶效應(yīng)形成的液滴由于長大不充分最終形成細(xì)小粒狀分相組織。單輥旋淬薄帶由于冷速最高,凝固過程瞬間完成,可有效抑制液相分離的發(fā)生,有利于胞狀單相固溶體組織的形成。
[Abstract]:The rapid solidification behavior of Cu-Co immiscible alloys with different undercooling and different cooling rates was studied by means of melting glass purification, copper mold spray casting and single roll spinning. Based on the analysis of the heat flux, nucleation and growth process during solidification, the transformation from dendrite to phase separation structure of the alloy and the change of the corresponding size are described. With the increase of undercooling degree, the enhancement of immiscible effect leads to the transformation of columnar dendrite to phase separation structure. Due to the multi-point nucleation, the solidification structure presents equiaxed dendrite and refines with the increase of cooling rate. When the diameter of the spray cast rod is 4 mm, the droplets formed by the immiscible effect will form fine granular phase separation structure due to insufficient growth. Due to the highest cooling rate and the instantaneous completion of the solidification process, the single roll spinning strip can effectively inhibit the occurrence of liquid phase separation and is conducive to the formation of cellular single-phase solid solution structure.
