【摘要】:為改善特大斷面連鑄方坯熱容量大、傳熱效率低等問題,基于結(jié)晶器傳熱學理論分析,提出復(fù)合式結(jié)晶器新技術(shù)。針對此結(jié)晶器,在保證銅板正常工作情況下,采用耦合方法,分析銅板、內(nèi)冷卻器的溫度場及熱應(yīng)力分布。結(jié)果表明,銅板溫度最高為230.8℃,熱應(yīng)力最大為261 MPa;內(nèi)冷卻器最高溫度為406℃,應(yīng)力為399 MPa,對內(nèi)冷卻器結(jié)構(gòu)材料要求提高。該計算結(jié)果及方法可為結(jié)晶器銅板設(shè)計及工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the problems of large heat capacity and low heat transfer efficiency of billet in super large section continuous casting, a new technology of compound mould is put forward based on the theoretical analysis of heat transfer in crystallizer. For this crystallizer, the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of copper plate and inner cooler are analyzed by coupling method in order to ensure the normal operation of copper plate.
