鎂合金表面冷噴涂納米鋁鋅涂層及其腐蝕性能研究

【摘要】:采用冷噴涂工藝制備納米鋁鋅涂層。借助SEM手段研究了涂層的組織形貌。對涂層的顯微硬度、孔隙率以及涂層與基體的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了分析。采用電化學(xué)工作站和鹽霧試驗(yàn)對涂層的腐蝕性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,涂層自腐蝕電位明顯高于鎂合金基體,自腐蝕電流密度明顯低于鎂合金,能為鎂合金提供良好的保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Nanocrystalline Al-Zn coatings were prepared by cold spraying. The microstructure of the coating was studied by SEM. The microhardness, porosity and bonding strength between coating and substrate were analyzed. The corrosion behavior of the coating was studied by electrochemical workstation and salt spray test. The results show that the self-corrosion potential of the coating is obviously higher than that of the magnesium alloy substrate, and the self-corrosion current density is obviously lower than that of the magnesium alloy, which can provide good protection for the magnesium alloy.
