基于曲率積分的雙金屬復(fù)合板輥式矯直過程解析

【摘要】:分析雙金屬復(fù)合板矯直過程的截面彎曲特性,建立雙金屬復(fù)合板任意加卸載時(shí)的彎矩-曲率關(guān)系.對矯直過程的板材進(jìn)行劃分,彈性矯直區(qū)間段根據(jù)彈性加載的彎矩-曲率關(guān)系積分求解曲率變化量積分值,彈塑性矯直區(qū)間段按曲率差值等分離散后求解曲率變化量積分值,建立雙金屬復(fù)合板曲率積分解析模型.解析了鋼-鋁復(fù)合板輥式矯直過程,與單一材料板材的矯直過程進(jìn)行對比.結(jié)果表明,鋼-鋁復(fù)合板在矯直過程中會出現(xiàn)中性層偏移.矯后鋼-鋁復(fù)合板基層殘余應(yīng)力較小而覆層發(fā)生反向屈服.反向屈服會削弱復(fù)合板的回彈,且具有累積效應(yīng).
[Abstract]:The bending behavior of bimetallic composite plate during straightening process is analyzed and the relationship between bending moment and curvature of bimetallic composite plate under arbitrary loading and unloading is established. The plates in the process of straightening are divided. The integral value of curvature variation is solved according to the integral of bending moment curvature relation under elastic loading, and the integral value of curvature change is solved by separating the section of elastic-plastic straightening interval according to curvature difference. An analytical model of curvature integral for bimetallic composite plates is established. The roller straightening process of steel-aluminum composite plate was analyzed and compared with that of single material plate. The results show that the neutral layer migration occurs in the straightening process of steel-aluminum composite plate. After correction, the residual stress of steel-aluminum composite plate base is small and the cladding produces reverse yield. Reverse yield weakens the springback of the composite plate and has a cumulative effect.
