【摘要】：針對精整機組帶鋼切邊后邊部撕裂區(qū)容易出現"毛刺"缺陷的問題,充分結合圓盤剪設備與剪切工藝的特點,通過大量的現場試驗跟蹤與理論研究,設計出了一套適合于精整機組的帶鋼邊部修磨裝置。經過現場使用,效果良好,有效地解決了帶鋼邊部撕裂區(qū)的"毛刺"問題,在不改變精整機組生產設備及工藝的前提下,大大提高了產品邊部質量,給機組創(chuàng)造了較大的經濟效益,具有進一步推廣應用的價值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that "burr" is easy to appear in the tear area of the back edge of strip cutting in finishing unit, the paper fully combines the characteristics of disc shear equipment and shearing technology, and through a lot of field test and theoretical research, A strip edge grinding device suitable for finishing unit is designed. After the field application, the effect is good, the "burr" problem of the strip edge tear area is solved effectively, and the quality of the edge part of the product is greatly improved without changing the production equipment and process of the finishing unit. It has created greater economic benefit for the unit and has the value of further popularization and application.
