球墨鑄鐵表面激光熔覆鎳基合金試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在不同工藝參數(shù)下,在球墨鑄鐵QT450-10表面激光熔覆了鎳基合金,分析了熔覆層的顯微組織和物相組成,研究了熔覆前、后試樣的拉伸應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線及試樣的斷口形貌。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)激光功率為1.6kW、激光掃描速率為400mm·min~(-1)、送粉速率為3.2r·min~(-1)時,熔覆結(jié)果較好,基體與熔覆層間形成了良好的冶金結(jié)合,無裂紋、氣孔;在25℃下,當(dāng)熔覆層數(shù)為1時,熔覆層的顯微硬度達(dá)到265HV,約為基體硬度的1.5倍;熔覆后試樣的斷裂部位在基體處,熔覆鎳基合金的球墨鑄鐵的強(qiáng)度得到提高。
[Abstract]:The Ni-base alloy was laser cladding on the surface of nodular cast iron QT450-10 under different technological parameters. The microstructure and phase composition of the cladding layer were analyzed. The tensile stress-strain curves of the samples before and after cladding and the fracture morphology of the samples were studied. The results show that when the laser power is 1.6kW, the laser scanning rate is 400mm minmin-1, and the powder feeding rate is 3.2r / min ~ (-1), the cladding results are better, the metallurgical bonding between the matrix and the cladding layer is good, there is no crack and porosity, and at 25 鈩,
