橋梁鋼板Q500qE焊接粗晶區(qū)相變及接頭性能

【摘要】:測試了60 mm厚TMCP橋梁鋼板Q500qE模擬焊接粗晶區(qū)奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻相變曲線;使用自動埋弧焊機對試驗鋼板進行雙面多層多道對接焊試驗,采用掃描電鏡、示波沖擊試驗、電子背散射衍射等技術,研究了焊接接頭的組織與性能.結果表明,隨著焊接熱輸入量的增大,相變溫度升高;焊接熱輸入E≤50 k J/cm時,焊接接頭具有良好的組織與力學性能;粗晶區(qū)的組織以板條貝氏體為主,大角度晶界分數為51.8%;焊接接頭拉伸斷裂位置位于母材,焊縫區(qū)及焊接熱影響區(qū)的顯微硬度值均高于母材,未出現焊接軟化和粗晶區(qū)脆化現象.
[Abstract]:The austenite continuous cooling phase transformation curve of 60mm thick TMCP bridge steel plate Q500qE was tested, and the austenitic continuous cooling transformation curve of austenite in coarse grain area was simulated by 60mm thick TMCP bridge steel plate Q500qE, and the double-sided multi-layer multi-pass butt welding test was carried out by using automatic submerged arc welding machine. The microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied by electron backscattering diffraction. The results show that the transformation temperature increases with the increase of welding heat input, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints are good when the welding heat input E 鈮,
