45鋼激光束掃描數(shù)值模擬與組織性能

【摘要】:利用有限元軟件ANSYS對激光束掃描試樣的溫度場進行數(shù)值模擬,研究其溫度分布規(guī)律。研究激光束掃描對試樣顯微組織和性能的影響,探討激光功率和掃描速度等工藝參數(shù)對相變硬化層組織性能的影響。采用光學顯微鏡分析45鋼激光相變硬化區(qū)的顯微組織,用顯微硬度計進行硬度測量。結(jié)果表明:45鋼經(jīng)激光束掃描后,硬化層的顯微組織為針狀或板條狀的馬氏體,組織更加均勻、細小,試樣表面硬度最高可達57.5 HRC,相比調(diào)質(zhì)處理提高約1倍,激光掃描區(qū)域組織沿深度方向上成梯度分布規(guī)律,從表層往深度方向依次為相變硬化區(qū)、過渡區(qū)和基體。激光工藝參數(shù)對硬化層顯微組織和性能有較大的影響,相變硬化層的深度和寬度隨著激光功率的增加而增加,隨著掃描速度的增加而減小;硬化層的截面硬度隨著激光功率和掃描速度的增加呈現(xiàn)先增加后減小的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The temperature field of laser beam scanning sample was simulated by finite element software ANSYS, and the temperature distribution was studied. The effect of laser beam scanning on the microstructure and properties of the samples was studied. The effects of laser power and scanning speed on the microstructure and properties of the phase transformation hardening layer were discussed. The microstructure of laser transformation hardening zone of 45 steel was analyzed by optical microscope, and the hardness was measured by microhardness meter. The results show that the microstructure of the hardened layer is needle or strip martensite after laser beam scanning, and the microstructure is more uniform and fine. The surface hardness of the specimen is up to 57.5 HRC, which is about 1 times higher than that of the tempering treatment. The microstructures in the laser scanning region have gradient distribution along the depth direction, and the order from the surface to the depth is the phase transformation hardening region, the transition zone and the matrix. The laser process parameters have great influence on the microstructure and properties of the hardened layer. The depth and width of the phase transformation hardening layer increase with the increase of laser power and decrease with the increase of scanning speed. The cross section hardness of the hardened layer increases first and then decreases with the increase of laser power and scanning speed.
