易清潔不銹鋼的制備工藝和性能研究

【摘要】:清潔良好的廚房環(huán)境,是衡量家庭生活質(zhì)量的重要標(biāo)志之一。在食物的烹調(diào)過程中,食用油、調(diào)料和湯汁難免對廚具面板的表面造成一定的污染。若不及時(shí)清理,不僅有礙廚具的整潔美觀,也會(huì)對健康造成不良的影響。因此采用易清潔的廚具材料,對于改善老百姓的日常生活質(zhì)量具有很現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。與傳統(tǒng)的非金屬廚具面板材料(如大理石、鋼化玻璃)相比,不銹鋼不僅耐腐蝕,而且強(qiáng)韌性好,它在廚房領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)逐漸從餐具拓展到廚具。本論文針對廚具面板對易清潔性能的要求,以304不銹鋼為基材,采用了三種不同的技術(shù)在不銹鋼表面制備疏水易清潔表面,并研究了各種工藝因素對表面的潤濕性能、力學(xué)性能、涂層的抗熱震性、耐磨性,以及耐高溫和耐腐蝕性能的影響。論文首先分別采用化學(xué)刻蝕和電化學(xué)刻蝕工藝,獲得了疏水的不銹鋼表面。進(jìn)一步研究又發(fā)現(xiàn),如果將兩者相結(jié)合,即采用先化學(xué)刻蝕,后電化學(xué)刻蝕的兩步法工藝,所獲得的易清潔表面綜合性能更好(達(dá)到疏油的狀態(tài))。優(yōu)化后的兩步法工藝參數(shù)為:化學(xué)刻蝕刻蝕液濃度33.3%,刻蝕時(shí)間60min,電化學(xué)刻蝕刻蝕液濃度40%,刻蝕時(shí)間15min,電流密度35mA/cm2?涛g后必須進(jìn)行氟化處理。然后論文又采用料漿法和等離子噴涂法分別制備了 Si系陶瓷涂層和A1系陶瓷涂層。經(jīng)氟化處理后,這兩種表面均具有良好的疏水和疏油性能。用這兩種工藝制備涂層前,基體表面都需噴砂。Si系陶瓷涂層的料漿配比為1:10,在900℃下真空燒結(jié)30min。等離子噴涂法制備A1系陶瓷涂層時(shí),需先預(yù)熱基體,然后在700A和60V的電流電壓下依次噴涂NiAl中間層和A1203工作層。這兩種陶瓷涂層也都需要進(jìn)行氟化處理,才能保證表面的疏水和疏油性能?涛g法制得試樣表面與水和油的接觸角分別是124.8°和95.7°;料漿法制得的Si系陶瓷涂層表面與水和油的接觸角分別是105.0°和91.2°;等離子噴涂法制得A1系陶瓷涂層表面與水和油的接觸角分別是142.1°和90.2°。三種表面的疏水疏油性能均具備一定的耐久性。用料漿法和等離子噴涂工藝制備的陶瓷涂層都具有良好的抗熱震性能和很高的硬度。兩種涂層的硬度值分別為462.03HV(料漿法)和941.73HV(等離子噴涂),遠(yuǎn)高于原始不銹鋼片試樣的硬度(285.44HV)。耐高溫性和耐鹽霧腐蝕性的測試結(jié)果表明,刻蝕法制備的試樣耐高溫和耐鹽霧腐蝕性能較原始不銹鋼片差,而兩種不銹鋼基陶瓷涂層的耐高溫和耐鹽霧腐蝕性能較原始不銹鋼試樣好。對疏水表面的微觀分析研究表明,表面疏水性能的形成主要是由粗糙的微納復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)和低表面能共同決定的。氟化處理降低了表面能,因此對于提高表面疏水性能具有重要的作用?涛g法和等離子噴涂制得的試樣表面具有較為合適的粗糙度,經(jīng)氟化處理后疏水疏油性能良好;料漿法制得的試樣表面光滑致密,可以有效阻礙污染物的附著,使涂層具備一定的抗污能力。
[Abstract]:Clean kitchen environment, is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of family life. In the course of food cooking, cooking oil, seasoning and soup inevitably pollute the surface of kitchen utensils. If not cleaned in time, not only hinder the clean and beautiful kitchen utensils, but also have adverse effects on health. Therefore, the use of easy-to-clean kitchen materials to improve the quality of daily life of ordinary people has a very practical significance. Compared with traditional non-metallic kitchen panel materials (such as marble, tempered glass), stainless steel not only has corrosion resistance, but also has good strength and toughness. Its application in kitchen field has gradually expanded from tableware to kitchen utensils. Aiming at the requirement of easy cleaning property of kitchen utensil panel, three different technologies were used to prepare hydrophobic and easy clean surface on stainless steel surface with 304 stainless steel as substrate, and the wettability of various process factors on the surface was studied. Mechanical properties, thermal shock resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature and corrosion resistance of the coating. Firstly, hydrophobic stainless steel surface was obtained by chemical etching and electrochemical etching. It is also found that if the two processes are combined, that is, the two-step process of chemical etching and later electrochemical etching, the comprehensive properties of the easily cleaned surface are better (oil thinning state is achieved). The optimized two-step process parameters are as follows: chemical etching solution concentration 33.3, etching time 60 minutes, electrochemical etching solution concentration 40, etching time 15 min, current density 35 Ma / cm 2. Fluorination must be performed after etching. Then, Si and A1 ceramic coatings were prepared by slurry method and plasma spraying method, respectively.
