【摘要】：詳細(xì)分析了零件的形狀及加工工藝,形成沖壓排樣可行性方案,運(yùn)用了工藝對(duì)比方法,介紹了尖齒鏈板沖壓成形工藝在生產(chǎn)效率、能耗、環(huán)境等各方面的改善;根據(jù)生產(chǎn)批量大小,從如下兩個(gè)方向進(jìn)行改進(jìn):采用半剪切沖裁工藝,進(jìn)一步提升鏈板的平面度;尖齒質(zhì)量要求不高、小批量制造加工時(shí),可以采用復(fù)合沖壓加工。
[Abstract]:The shape and processing technology of the parts are analyzed in detail, the feasibility scheme of stamping layout is formed, and the process comparison method is used to introduce the improvement of the punching forming process in the aspects of production efficiency, energy consumption, environment and so on. According to the size of production batch, improvement is made from the following two directions: adopting semi-shearing blanking technology to further enhance the planeness of the chain plate, and the cusp tooth quality is not high, the compound stamping processing can be used in the small batch manufacturing process.
