鍛壓工藝參數(shù)對(duì)Q235-Cr鋼建筑腳手架扣件性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同的工藝參數(shù)對(duì)Q235-Cr鋼建筑腳手架扣件進(jìn)行了鍛造,并對(duì)試樣進(jìn)行了耐腐蝕性能和沖擊性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)條件下,隨始鍛溫度從1200℃升高至1300℃,終鍛溫度從685℃升高至745℃或鍛壓速度從20 mm/min增大至50 mm/min,扣件的耐腐蝕性能和沖擊性能均先提高后下降?奂淖罴彦憠汗に噮(shù)為:始鍛溫度1275℃、終鍛溫度715℃和鍛壓速度40 mm/min。
[Abstract]:The Q235-Cr steel scaffold fasteners were forged with different process parameters, and the corrosion resistance and impact properties of the specimens were tested and analyzed. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the corrosion resistance and impact resistance of fasteners increase first and then decrease with the increase of starting forging temperature from 1200 鈩,
