基于BPMN的數(shù)控機床能耗多源動態(tài)特性建模及應用

【摘要】:針對數(shù)控機床能量源多、能量消耗動態(tài)變化復雜的特點,提出了一種基于業(yè)務流程模型和符號(Business process model and notation,BPMN)的數(shù)控機床多源動態(tài)能耗建模方法。依據(jù)數(shù)控機床不同子系統(tǒng)的功率特性,將其劃分為時變能耗單元和非時變能耗單元,分析了其工作狀態(tài)及耦合關系對數(shù)控機床能耗的影響;基于BPMN2.0規(guī)范,構建了能耗單元工作狀態(tài)BPMN流程模型和BPMN耦合模型,提出了能耗單元工作狀態(tài)能耗數(shù)據(jù)及耦合關系時序數(shù)據(jù)與BPMN模型的數(shù)據(jù)集成方法,構建了數(shù)控機床能耗多源動態(tài)特性模型。以某數(shù)控銑床加工過程為例驗證了所述模型及方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the complex dynamic change of energy consumption in NC machine tools, a multi-source dynamic energy consumption modeling method based on business process model and notationBPMN is proposed. According to the power characteristics of different subsystems of CNC machine tool, it is divided into time-varying energy consumption unit and time-invariant energy consumption unit, and the influence of its working state and coupling relationship on numerical control machine tool energy consumption is analyzed, which is based on BPMN 2.0 specification. The BPMN process model and BPMN coupling model are constructed, and the data integration method of energy consumption data and coupling relation time series data and BPMN model is proposed. The multi-source dynamic characteristic model of numerical control machine tool energy consumption is constructed. The validity of the model and method is verified by the machining process of a numerical control milling machine.
