【摘要】:為了降低T91鋼中的夾雜物對性能的影響,采用Ce變質(zhì)處理后對其進行室溫、-20,-40℃沖擊試驗,并采用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡和能譜觀察分析沖擊斷口和顯微組織。實驗結(jié)果表明:Ce對T91鋼夾雜物的變質(zhì)凈化作用顯著,加稀土后T91鋼的斷口低溫沖擊呈現(xiàn)韌窩斷裂,低溫沖擊有解理面出現(xiàn)且沖擊功值比未加稀土值提高30.9%。Ce對T91鋼在室溫,-20,-40℃沖擊性能的提高作用顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the influence of inclusions on the properties of T91 steel, the impact test at room temperature was carried out after ce modification, and the impact fracture and microstructure were observed by SEM, TEM and EDS. The experimental results show that the modification and purification of T91 steel inclusions by w: ce is remarkable, and the fracture surface of T91 steel after adding rare earth elements appears dimple fracture at low temperature. At low temperature, the cleavage surface appeared and the impact energy increased by 30.9%.
