常規(guī)奧氏體化后后續(xù)熱處理對(duì)35CrNi3MoV鋼組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)硬度測(cè)試、室溫拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)、低溫沖擊實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了常規(guī)奧氏體化后后續(xù)熱處理對(duì)35Cr Ni3Mo V鋼的組織與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:相比常規(guī)奧氏體化淬火,經(jīng)常規(guī)奧氏體化淬火+回火熱處理工藝處理(860℃×6 h+810℃×2 h,油冷淬火+600℃×16 h,油冷回火)后,鍛件的低溫沖擊韌性提高了約33%,硬度為326 HB,室溫拉伸強(qiáng)度略微下降,伸長(zhǎng)率提高了約3.65%;在常規(guī)奧氏體化淬火+回火熱處理工藝下(860℃×6 h+780℃×2 h,油冷淬火+600℃×16 h,油冷回火),鍛件的低溫沖擊韌性與常規(guī)奧氏體化淬火相比提升了約4.1%,室溫拉伸強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率分別提升了約8.4%和9.62%,硬度為356 HB。在810℃低溫奧氏體化淬火下,降低了鍛件的強(qiáng)度并大幅度提高了室溫沖擊韌性,晶粒組織均勻且細(xì)小。在780℃亞溫淬火下,大幅度提高鍛件強(qiáng)度的同時(shí)也小幅度提高了室溫沖擊韌性。
