【摘要】：針對磨削加工監(jiān)測技術的研究現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)介紹了聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測、功率與電流監(jiān)測、力和力矩監(jiān)測、振動與位移監(jiān)測、磨削溫度監(jiān)測以及集成監(jiān)測等技術。分析了各種監(jiān)測技術特點,并對磨削加工監(jiān)測技術的發(fā)展方向進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In view of the research status of grinding monitoring technology, acoustic emission monitoring, power and current monitoring, force and torque monitoring, vibration and displacement monitoring, grinding temperature monitoring and integrated monitoring are systematically introduced. The characteristics of various monitoring techniques are analyzed, and the development trend of grinding monitoring technology is prospected.
